About

As an ambulance clinician and paramedic of over 16 years with a wealth of experience and knowledge in training, leadership & management and quality improvement, I feel a career shift into learning & development and teaching would be an ideal role for me. From delivering local ambulance hub training modules to over 300 staff members to delivering full NHS Pathways training courses for new starters and monthly training to 1200 staff members within the NHS 111 service, I have extremely good experience of the methodologies and practical elements involved with training and teaching people. I have always enjoyed learning myself, and have always thoroughly enjoyed imparting my knowledge onto others as part of a structured syllabus of learning.
