Skills
Experience in teaching Since September 2025, I have been a guest lecturer at Teesside International Business School's Sustainability and Regulatory Framework, which is an MSc in Sustainability Apprenticeship. This is helping me get to know my students better and learn how to teach better. I have been engaging in paid lecturing and discussions with students in Sustainability and Regulatory Framework Course not less than 8 hours and month starting from September 2025 till 2026. Experience in the field I have worked as a quality manager and technical manager in the food industry for almost 18 years, from 2006 to 2024. I have worked for different manufacturing companies. This experience has given me a lot of useful information about the problems that businesses face when it comes to operations management. In these jobs, I worked on projects and research about everything from food safety to marketing strategies (with the help of commercials) to learn a lot about trends in the food business. After working in the industry for a year, I've decided to go into academia to share what I know and learn more.
