A dynamic multi-award winning multi-disciplinary qualified senior leader with strong leadership skills and academic excellence. I am an advanced senior leader, associate/assistant headteacher, PhD research assistant and Cambridge University Assessment and Press OCR moderator/examiner and assessor with dynamic leadership qualities which includes quality assurance and moderation with 100% student success rate at distinction level. My experiences involves working in various settings: My current position as a Cambridge University Assessment and Press OCR Visiting Moderator involves taking sample work from coursework and exams and approving grades on the OCR system this allows me to give schools that I work for dual moderator and leadership skills and it broadens my expertise and makes my curriculum management skills more effective as I get to witness first hand various samples around the country which I then use to better my student s experiences alongside this, I was previously a PhD Research Assistant, Course Representative and Funding Board Member to the director and principal of the doctoral education studies department at The University of East London this involves working the following key duties: The role involves supporting the university by managing their daily activities and responding to questions with care and respect both digitally and face to face. This includes prioritising meeting requests, and scheduling important university meetings. Travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips, organising newsletters and staff rotas. Additionally, the role includes organising committee meetings, preparing documents, taking minutes, and coordinating social events with students. I also lead The University of Law TEDX 2025 at the Moorgate Campus which broadened my knowledge and expertise in collaboration and research within higher education. My Background My other work involves working as Lead Practitioner and Senior Lead Teacher in Education as well as PMLD, SLD and SEND leader, I am established and known for my accumulative results with student experiences; I have managed and worked with schools rated outstanding with Ofsted with outstanding academic results and built strong leadership staffing and leadership qualities which has enhanced my skills within the field of education my duties involves teaching, marking, assessing vocational achievement, moderating and organising moderators for the Oxford and Cambridge (OCR) and Pearson qualifications and developing action plans and management for the students progressions with the headteacher, pastoral staffs, staffs that I manage and line managers and students as well as parents and care givers for student focused outcomes. I have also worked with other teaching facilities in the special needs and inclusion sector. I worked as an Adult Community Learning Lead at Unity Trusts and PMLD, SLD and SEND teacher this is a special school designated to providing support to disabled people and leading them into independent living aiding them to an equal right to education and independence. My skills also extend to working in sixth form colleges, high schools and academies, adult education colleges, special schools and universities. I have cross multi-disciplinary training in administrative and management and legal compliance and management after qualifying in law, government and politics. In addition to this, I have worked within courts, law clinics and law firms I then became recognised for my skills and became a chairman for the Conservatives Party and held this title for the last 3 years in that time, I have worked participated in discussions on BBC radio and Channel 4 with the focus on various social class issues and political matters in relation to education, social sciences and healthcare. I recently gained a second title as committee member this after, becoming nominated by the Hon. Secretary of Boris Johnson to become a committee member of the Conservatives Foreign Commonwealth Council (CFCC) here I meet regularly with foreign nationals, presidents and governance from all over the world it allows me to truly understand global social issues and challenges faced internationally this together with being a prominent member of the UN Women U.K. as a delegate and participant. This has broadened my education experiences and helped me to understand a social context to education inside the world of education and working within the public and community.
