In my previous roles, I have successfully mentored emerging and established teachers and teaching assistants. I have led two whole-school initiatives, coaching teachers and providing continued professional development in the form of staff meetings, observations and work scrutinies. Creating personalised learner plans and tailoring support is one of my greatest strengths; I believe demonstrating flexibility in my approach is crucial for learners to succeed.
About
I am a primary school teacher and middle leader. I am currently coming to the end of my Level 5 Operations Management course, therefore I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to an apprenticeship programme, having experienced it first-hand from a learner s side. The course has aligned with my passion for professional excellence, allowing me to learn more about leadership and management and put this into practise in my setting. Furthermore, the benefits to my personal and career growth have been invaluable; for these reasons, I would strongly welcome the opportunity to support adult learners on a similar journey.
