As a former professional player from Georgia working in international contexts, I understand the barriers that diverse groups face in accessing football opportunities. Throughout my career, I have championed inclusion by creating welcoming, culturally aware environments for players and colleagues alike. About

As a UEFA B licensed coach with over four years of coaching experience across academy and grassroots levels, I have demonstrated my ability to design and deliver high quality, age-appropriate training sessions aligned to a club’s philosophy. My current role as Lead Coach for Arsenal U10 Development Team involves planning and implementing individual development plans (IDPs) to support players’ progression in an elite environment.
I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills developed through working with diverse players, parents, and multidisciplinary staff teams. My strong organizational skills and ability to analyse and adapt training ensure players thrive technically, tactically, and personally. I have also worked extensively with video and data analysis tools (Hudl, Nacsport, Wyscout, Tableau), which has enriched my ability to provide holistic player feedback.
In addition to coaching, I am a First Team Performance Analyst for FC Dinamo Tbilisi, where I provide detailed tactical insights and opposition reports, demonstrating my analytical expertise. My MSc in Performance Analysis in Football and experience lecturing at Nala Agency and Eastern European University reflect my ability to inspire and educate others. I have also designed inclusive PE sessions for pupils with SEND as a Sports Teacher and SEN Lead, evidencing my capacity to create learning environments tailored to diverse needs.
