I have detailed experience in quality assurance, in particular digital apprenticeships where i have worked for many years. My data analysis skills are employed using different digital systems such as power bi and power automate that allows for streamlining of quality practices and informed decision making. Experienced managing apprenticeship delivery with Assessors, Functional Skills Tutors and Curriculum teams. Working closely with key stakeholders to meet business and strategic aims.
