My skills and experience since joining Remit Training and progressing to my current role at Fieri Leadership have consistently demonstrated strong capabilities in Apprenticeship Management, Quality Assurance, and Leadership. I am a proficient Internal & external trainer with the ability to deliver Level 3 and 4 management qualifications and create engaging content for large groups, including senior managers from major brands like Starbucks and Scania, in both remote and face-to-face sessions. My expertise extends to compliance, where I ensure quality compliance of assessments , complete audits to check adherence against ESFA regulations , and strictly adhere to all compliance stipulations and safeguarding requirements. I also hold a Level 3 Award in undertaking End Point Assessment. For leadership, I have experience line managing a team , mentoring new staff , and overseeing all operational aspects of high-volume academies, which has included driving high first-time pass rates and successful Ofsted inspection preparation. Finally, I am skilled in relationship management for high-profile clients, possess the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders, and am a Self-Motivated, Reliable and Trustworthy individual with strong Time Management and IT literacy skills, currently pursuing a Level 5 ILM Diploma in Professional Coaching.

Beginning as a Development Coach at Remit Training, I successfully delivered Level 3 and 4 management qualifications to large groups, including senior managers from major brands such as Starbucks, Nando's, and Scania, designing engaging content for remote and face-to-face sessions. As Quality Improvement Manager, I was responsible for the day-to-day operation and line management of a team of technical trainers across two high-volume Heavy Goods Vehicle Academies, driving success by reviewing processes and ensuring high first-time pass rates. Furthermore, my work as a Teaching and Learning Coach focused on high-stakes compliance, including supporting with Ofsted inspection preparation and completing audits to check adherence against ESFA regulations. I built upon this foundation in my current role as Apprenticeship Programme Manager at Fieri Leadership, where I focus on leadership and compliance, overseeing relationship management for two high-profile clients and ensuring issues are dealt with swiftly. In this role, I am responsible for operational excellence by completing checks and establishing new processes, ensuring the quality compliance of assessments, and strictly adhering to all compliance stipulations and safeguarding requirements.
