Keeping up to date with policy changes from the ESFA and Ofsted expectations. 4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent written and verbal communication for engaging diverse audiences. The ability to translate complex funding or compliance details into clear guidance. Confidence in networking, attending business events, and representing the college or training provider. 5. Strategic and Analytical Skills Analysing labour market information to identify growth sectors and skills needs. Contributing to the strategic direction of apprenticeship recruitment and partnerships. Monitoring performance data to drive continuous improvement and target achievement. 6. Collaboration and Teamwork Working closely with curriculum teams, assessors, and recruitment staff to align employer needs with training provision. Supporting marketing and events to promote apprenticeship opportunities. Ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external partners. 7. Organisational and Administrative Skills Managing multiple employer accounts efficiently. Coordinating documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
