About
Currently, I serve as Senior Programme Director, overseeing 17 sites across London,
including four for which I act as Account Manager. This role builds on my long-standing
position as Regional Manager for Barclays Nuffield Health sites, where I manage a UKwide portfolio including Canary Wharf, Northampton, Knutsford, and Glasgow. Across
both roles, I lead a combined team of over 120 staff, including 41 direct reports, and am
responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, HR and recruitment,
and customer experience.
Key achievements include:
• Delivering an annual EBITDA contribution of approximately £400k, consistently
exceeding budget forecasts (currently £150k ahead YTD).
• Successfully integrating GP services into key sites, enhancing service offerings
and member value.
• Conducting biannual operational audits to ensure compliance, safety, and
service quality across all locations.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships with clients such as Barclays and ISS
Facility Management, as well as internal senior leadership.
