Lecturer (part-time) in MBA International and MSc International Business (Level 7)
• Worked as a module leader of the International Business Communication and Marketing module (level 7) for two cohorts. I taught this module for three cohorts.
I designed, developed, and delivered engaging teaching, learning activities and materials, as well as assessments. My programme design covered the following topics: Analysing International Environment and Markets, Branding Entry Strategies and Entry Modes in International Marketing, Marketing Mix (product, promotion, price, place) and Distribution channels, International Marketing Choice and Planning, Marketing Organising and Control, Culture in International Marketing and Communication and Negotiation, Content creation and Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing and Communications [including digital platforms, digital media channels, online advertising, viral marketing, mobile marketing (e.g. mobile app, location-based mobile marketing), email marketing, Pay-per-click (PPC), SEO (search engine optimisation), influencer marketing, digital data, digital technology, digital audiences, RACE (reach, act, convert, engage) omnichannel marketing planning framework, etc.], Conversion Rate calculation (digital marketing), Break-even analysis, Mark-up price calculation, Unit cost calculation, ROI calculation, Value (profit)-based product price calculation, Penetration rate calculation, Digital supply chain management, Digital monitoring of customer behaviour [RFM: recency, frequency, monetary value categories framework] based on digital and data driven analysis, Digital Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management application/technologies, International Dispute Resolution, Social Responsibility and Ethical Marketing. Supervised dissertations for students enrolled in the MBA International Course and MSc International Business Course. To date, I have successfully supervised 39 students, all of whom have passed their dissertations. Some students achieved distinction.
