About
I have spent the last fifteen years within the apprenticeship industry, I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time only enhances all my previous experience and skills. I feel my skills are transferable to any industry. In my previous roles I was responsible for ESFA and EPOA contractual agreements. This includes budgets, Operations management, Account management, forecasts, Growth, Development, Reporting, Business development, Quality, EPA and third-party stakeholder management. In more recent roles I have been working as an Apprenticeship Manager. During this time, I have managed a team of Managers, practitioners, assessors, tutors and teachers. My departments/team cover all elements of the learner s journey, both delivery and curriculum from onboarding through to gateway. I have twenty years commercial, process improvement, operational and people management experience I feel would be a huge benefit for this role. I have worked as an operations Manager in the past with key strengths in people management and operational support. I am passionate about great customer service while delivering results.
