As an experienced sales, management and coaching professional I have been involved in launching and expanding business operations, training and coaching management and apprentices as well as sales and customer service teams with strong, impactful, results. My background in Psychotherapy, NLP and mental health allows me to diffuse difficult situations and also help guide those I coach in a professional yet bespoke manner. My personal driver is impact in learners life and career, which is reflected in my rating as Outstanding by Ofsted when observed at inspection. Fluent in English and Swedish with working knowledge of Norwegian, Danish and German.
