Skills
o Delivery and Course coordination of group sessions for all caseload management framework stages, delivering developmental feedback to operational teams and trends to managers to support ongoing upskilling of caseload and advisory team.
o Analyzing the progression of each stage post-delivery to support overall momentum of caseload progression
o Working with client cohorts from a wide spectrum including extremely vulnerable to those close to the labour market
o Working with L&D to review learning content before release to Group Facilitator function, displaying Service Excellence and a keen understanding for strong delivery content
o Designing & delivering innovative workshops & events outside of the framework delivery to facilitate additional progression for caseloads where needed
o Facilitating assessment on Interview readiness through mock & panel based interviews
o Candidate Pool delivery & assessment – strongest progression of the CP pool nationally since inception
o Facilitating understanding of Interview skills, Job Searching, motivation and confidence
o Recording and administration of secure client data
o Undertaking course evaluation and management of assessments
o Maintaining the learning environment
o Monthly reviews with managers and learning development team to achieve best practice.
o Timetable, curriculum and administration design.
o An ability to build relationships with learners, colleagues, and managers.
o A reliable, resilient and committed attitude
o Ensuring reports and candidate materials are completed.
o Meeting monthly KPIs and targets
