About
I am writing to express my interest in this position. With almost 10 years experience in Apprenticeship administration, compliance, and funding, I bring a proven track record of ensuring full adherence to DfE and Ofsted regulations, delivering audit-ready data and driving continuous improvement across all stages of the learner journey. Starting my career as an Apprentice gave me a genuine appreciation for the value of vocational education and an in-depth understanding of Apprenticeship delivery from the ground up. Since then, I have progressed to my current role as Contracts & Compliance Manager, where I oversee compliance for over 600 apprentices across multiple Degree Apprenticeship programmes. My responsibilities include managing the ILR, PDSATs and the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS), leading a small team of onboarding officers and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and complete prior to enrolment. I have successfully introduced new processes to streamline enrolments and was instrumental in the implementation of the Maytas MIS system, improving data accuracy and audit efficiency. I am proud to have maintained a 0% audit error rate throughout my career evidence of my attention to detail, strong analytical skills and commitment to quality. I also take pride in leading and supporting my team through regular one-to-ones, professional development, and collaborative problem-solving. I am deeply passionate about Apprenticeship compliance and continuous improvement and I remain committed to my own professional development through regular sector-led training and updates on DfE funding rules. I believe my combination of hands-on experience, leadership capability, and data-driven approach would make me a valuable addition to your organisation. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experience align with your needs. Thank you for considering my application I look forward to the possibility of contributing to your continued success.
