My background combines hands-on delivery with programme management, supporting large-scale transformation and infrastructure readiness initiatives. I currently work as a Project Consultant, managing site-based improvement projects that cover safety, process design, and cost optimisation. Earlier roles included operational leadership at Amazon, where I gained experience in warehouse operations, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement across multi-site networks.
