About
I have over 10 years experience working in HR, learning and development, and early careers within engineering-led organisations including Fortescue Zero (formerly Williams Advanced Engineering), BAE Systems, RED Engineering and Griffon Hoverwork. In my current role as Early Careers Lead at Fortescue Zero, I manage a team of 10 delivering the recruitment, development, and retention of graduates, apprentices, industrial placements, and work experience students. I have designed and implemented a centralised graduate management framework, overseen the recruitment of annual graduate cohorts, managed apprenticeship levy funds of over £500k, and built structured training and rotation programmes aligned to business needs. I also partner with universities, schools, and outreach organisations to widen access and embed fairness, inclusion, and respect across all programmes. Previously, I introduced graduate and chartership programmes at RED Engineering, delivered large-scale training interventions and outreach initiatives at BAE Systems, and managed technical staff development and business process improvements at Griffon Hoverwork. Throughout my career I have demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement skills, and have proven ability to build sustainable talent pipelines in engineering and technical environments.
