While working in the NHS, I was one of the senior members of staff within my team and often trained new recruits. I developed an SOP for my department which trained both management and my team. I currently work within the Learning and Development team in HR, I source training for my team across all 4 sites in our company.
About
I have a background in customer service and administration. I have been customer/patient facing for the most of my career and am very versed in communications both verbal and email. I studied Commercial Law and university and was a commercial administrator on a FTC after graduating. I have been building my experience in HR after working in the NHS as I find myself drawn to this field and feel that I can excel in it.
