I am a qualified Tutor and Assessor with extensive experience in education, training, and apprenticeship delivery. In my recent roles with Realise Training and Asset Training, I have supported apprentices through every stage of their learning journey, from initial assessment and skills development to preparing for End Point Assessments. I have a proven track record of delivering engaging coaching sessions, conducting progress reviews, maintaining compliance with awarding body standards, and providing pastoral support to ensure learner success. My background in Early Years and childcare management has given me a strong foundation in safeguarding, compliance, and mentoring, while my experience as a life coach has further developed my communication and motivational skills.
