About
I am an experienced ESOL and EFL teacher with over six years of teaching and support experience across further education, community learning, and early years education. My background includes delivering inclusive, learner-centred lessons for adults and young learners, particularly refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable groups. I have successfully integrated employability, digital literacy, and life skills into my teaching practice, enabling learners to build confidence and progress into further education, training, or employment. Alongside teaching, I have supported children and families in early years and community settings, embedding safeguarding practices and promoting social inclusion through play-based learning, wellbeing sessions, and outreach work. My experience spans formal education, childcare, and community-based programmes, giving me a strong foundation in supporting learners holistically both academically and pastorally.
