With over 25 years of experience in the apprenticeships and training sector, driving excellence in compliance, quality assurance, and learner outcomes, particularly across Health & Social Care, Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading, Management, and Functional skills qualifications.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led assessment and internal quality assurance teams, ensuring full compliance with awarding organisations and regulatory frameworks. I have a strong ability to interpret complex standards and implement systems that promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency. My leadership style is both collaborative and detail-focused, fostering high-performing teams committed to delivering exceptional learner experiences.
As part of my roles, I have managed EQA monitoring visits, managed EPA processes, and supported the development of online systems and e-learning materials.
I have been required to provide weekly reporting, using Excel and online systems to collate data, handle confidential information, input data, and perform general clerical tasks, ensuring that targets are met.
I am particularly passionate about maintaining the integrity and standards of vocational training while supporting IQAs, assessors, and delivery staff to achieve their full potential.
