Skills
I actively seek out connections and opportunities to further my knowledge and experience within the world of education, bringing proven leadership, reflective practice, and multi-agency collaboration to support every child s wellbeing and development. My skills include curriculum design, inclusive pedagogy, and translating theory into engaging, impactful practice. While completing my BA, I collaborated with the University of Glasgow in developing their new Masters programme for Mental Health in Infants, providing practitioner insight as a Child Development Officer into the work we do with children and the positive impact we can have. I have also worked with Peeple as Parental Engagement Coordinator, leading initiatives that strengthen home school partnerships, and partnered with the University of Glasgow to successfully implement and develop Film and Screen in Early Years learning. My experience includes mentoring colleagues, delivering CPD, presenting at conferences, and contributing to school self-evaluation and improvement planning. I bring strong communication, leadership, and reflective practice, with a commitment to inspiring and equipping the next generation of educators to make a meaningful difference in children s lives.
