About

I am currently head chef at the green duck brewery in Stourbridge. I am looking to take a step away from the hustle of the kitchen due to skin issues. I d love to be able to still work within the culinary field while drawing from previous teaching experiences. Working in the food & hospitality industry is hard work but the ability to be creative and explore your passions is extremely rewarding. I hope to encourage more people to enter the industry and feel the same way I do about it.
