I started of working at a young age of 11. So far, I have gained 5 years of crucial experience. I have worked voluntarily every weekend consistently. I have been closely observing and learning how this
particular business is managed, and how things work. I have gained a basic understanding and acknowledgement of the area from a very
young age, where I have huge potential to prosper. I have particularly focused on the call centre aspect of it and observed how calls should be answered with the correct etiquette and also deliver a profesional service of managing customer bookings for taxi transportation.
