About
As a dedicated rugby coach currently studying Rugby Development and Performance at the University of South Wales, I bring a strong foundation in coaching, inclusive participation, and community engagement skills that align directly with the WRU s mission to grow the game at all levels across Wales. Since 2022, I have been actively involved in coaching, beginning as Assistant/Forwards Coach with Barry RFC Youth, where I supported the team in achieving league titles and a Youth Plate win in 2024. In addition, I have delivered skills-focused sessions to U14 and U16 players through the Islanders Rugby Hub, now heading up the Falcons Youth hub team, helping identify and support young talent. My coaching philosophy centres on enjoyment, inclusivity, and player development, underpinned by a commitment to building clear pathways into senior and regional rugby. As a proud player for Wales Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL), I have gained valuable insight into the importance of access and adaptive coaching. This experience has shaped my inclusive approach, ensuring every player feels valued and supported, regardless of ability.
