I am an experienced Learning and Development Partner with a strong background in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support employee development and align with business strategy. With over 15 years in L&D roles across the energy, technology, and financial services sectors, I have worked with global, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality training programmes both in-person and virtually. My expertise includes developing leadership capability, facilitating performance and career development conversations, and using learning analytics to assess impact and continuously improve. I have recently led initiatives around AI capability-building and compliance, senior leadership alignment, and have extensive experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo) to drive engagement and accessibility.
