Skills
I am a qualified Assessor (L3 A1), PTLLS trained, and currently completing my L4 IQA. I also hold DSL, First Aid, Functional Skills, and Food Safety qualifications, ensuring I meet the professional standards expected in the sector. With over 15 years experience in education, employability, and apprenticeships, I bring expertise in managing teams, maintaining quality and compliance, and supporting diverse learners, including NEETs, ASF-funded individuals, and those with lived experience of the criminal justice system. I have successfully delivered apprenticeship programmes in hospitality, customer service, team leading, and management, building strong employer partnerships and achieving positive learner outcomes. My skills and experience make me well-placed to lead and develop apprenticeship delivery effectively.
About
In my current role as Operations Manager at The Restore Trust, I lead and oversee the delivery of education and employability programmes across Bristol and the South West. I manage a multidisciplinary team of tutors, trainers, and support staff, ensuring all delivery meets funding, quality, and regulatory standards. I am responsible for the operational performance of our programmes, ensuring we meet learner outcomes, stakeholder expectations, and contractual KPIs. I work closely with employers, partners, and local organisations to create clear pathways into employment, aligning provision with local labour market needs. My role includes maintaining compliance with awarding body and funding requirements, overseeing internal quality assurance (IQA) processes, and driving continuous improvement across delivery. I also oversee delivery within HMP Bristol and vocational training through The Key Café, supporting learners with complex needs, including NEETs, those funded through ASF, and individuals with lived experience of the criminal justice system. My focus is on developing strong partnerships, maintaining high standards of delivery, and leading a team that supports learners to achieve meaningful progression into employment or further training.
