Over the past decade, I have progressed rapidly through roles in both clinical and training settings, currently serving as an Operations Manager overseeing national apprenticeship delivery in the dental sector. My core strengths lie in building and leading high-performing teams, managing compliance and funding frameworks (including ESFA and Ofsted readiness), and driving learner success through data-informed decision-making.
