As a Professional Development Consultant with a strong foundation in sales, I specialise in designing and delivering impactful virtual and in-person learning programmes that drive individual growth and performance. I have successfully onboarded over 100 sales professionals across the EMEA region through the ownership of The Academy, a programme recognised by the Princess Royal Training Awards for its effectiveness in upskilling new salespeople within their first 8 12 months. Leveraging my expertise in facilitation and coaching, I take a strategic and relationship-driven approach to development, which contributed to reducing the time to competency for new salespeople from 8 12 months to a record-breaking 5 6 months across the organisation. My commitment to personal growth was acknowledged with the One TEK award in Q2 2023, after I was signed off to lead The Academy independently within just three months, half the expected timeframe thanks to my curiosity and ability to learn quickly, whilst building strong stakeholder relationships. I continue to prioritise my development through the ongoing completion of my CIPD Level 3 qualification, further strengthening my capabilities as a coach and well-rounded learning and development professional.
