About

I am an experienced academic and researcher with a multidisciplinary background in Business Management, Data Analytics, and Project management. I hold a Ph.D. in Business Management, alongside multiple master's degrees including an M.Sc. in Information Management and Digital Business Analytics, M.Sc. in Business Operations Research, and an MBA. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), UK.
Over the past 11 years, I have taught extensively at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. My academic roles include Associate Lecturer at Bath Spa University, Oxford Brookes University, where I deliver different modules in business management and Data analytics at both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. I have also supervised postgraduate dissertations and participated in curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance processes.
My research interests focus on multi-criteria decision analysis, healthcare efficiency, digital transformation in health services, and supply chain strategy. I have published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and have presented her work at several international conferences in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
In addition to my academic and research credentials, I am professionally certified in PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, and Google Data Analytics, and I am proficient in tools such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau, SPSS, and R. I integrate this expertise into my teaching to bridge theory with real-world applications. I also bring leadership experience in higher education administration, having served as Head of Department, Examinations Officer, and a member of various institutional committees. Her academic practice is underpinned by a commitment to inclusive education, digital pedagogy, and student-centered learning.
