About
In my role as a Digital Skills Trainer at Bradford College Adult Learning Centre, I have been instrumental in designing and delivering innovative, learner-focused development programs tailored to the diverse needs of adult learners many of whom face significant accessibility, confidence, and language barriers. From initial contact through to exam preparation, I ve taken a hands-on, empathetic approach to understanding and addressing learner challenges. This has included simplifying complex materials, conducting small group sessions, and developing inclusive, engaging learning environments that promote confidence and motivation. My work spans the end-to-end creation of digital and blended learning experiences using Microsoft Teams, Forms, Sway, and Excel tools that have enabled scalable, interactive, and trackable learning. These solutions not only enhance engagement and attendance but also provide real-time data to inform early interventions and continuous improvement. I ve delivered workshops on a wide range of topics, including Microsoft Office, digital safety, and health and safety practices, while maintaining detailed records through Individual Learning Plans and reporting regularly to the Senior Leadership Team and Education Body.
