Working with key stakeholders to identify new apprenticeship opportunities within the business relevant sectors. Line Management responsibilities for development team. Leading and promoting the full apprenticeship offer both internally and externally to Stark customers. Promoting levy transfer, pledge opportunities, supporting the development and growth of various industries/charities and local initiatives outside of Stark s supply chain. Managing the apprenticeship programmes in line with ESFA guidelines. Maintaining and keeping accurate apprenticeship records including levy spend, break in learnings, expired funding. Aligning core apprenticeship programmes with Stark purpose and mission statements, including separate brand drivers and initiatives. Driving equality, diversity, and inclusivity across all the Stark apprenticeship offer. Analysing of apprenticeship data. Management of all apprentice quality assurance. Programme Design Responsibilities Design and alignment/usage of Apprenticeship standards to develop cohorts of internal colleagues to undertake a fast-track Management Development programme. Incorporating all Stark UK s brands and shared service teams. Aligned to the purpose of the business, aligning key messages and drivers. Aligned to a level 3 standard (ILM/CMI) Ensuring that all activities inc. OTJ (on the job) are integrated to the actual job role/family irrespective of dept/brand.
