I am a Senior Trainer, Doctoral Researcher, and Certified Manager (CMgr) with extensive experience in consulting, corporate training, and teaching. Specialising in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), I currently lead high-impact training programmes at QED Training and lecture as an Associate Lecturer at BPP University and Manchester Metropolitan University. My expertise includes leadership development, strategic hiring, and organisational culture transformation, combining a data-informed approach with practical experience. As a PhD researcher at the University of Liverpool, my work focuses on workplace civility, incivility, and the intersectionality of race, gender, and other identities. I integrate academic research with practical consultancy to ensure training programmes reflect both current theory and industry practice. With over five years of experience, I am passionate about using research-based insights to create inclusive workplaces and enhance organisational performance.
