I m an experienced educator transitioning into Learning & Development, with a strong background in designing and delivering inclusive, learner-focused programmes. Over the past few years, I ve worked across different school settings, where I led subject areas, developed resources, and used assessment data to drive meaningful progress. My passion lies in creating engaging learning experiences that not only meet individual needs but lead to real improvements in confidence and performance. I ve recently completed targeted CPD in instructional design and adult learning theory to build on my practical teaching expertise. I m now looking for an L&D role where I can support others growth whether that s through onboarding, training delivery, or learning content development - in a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and measurable impact.
