Creating lesson plans and resources to be used by other tutors. Delivering training for tutors on use of various educational websites, different teaching techniques and use of our systems (Interactive whiteboards, Moodle, BKSB, Teams for Education, SharePoint) Mentor for the Internal Teacher Training Programme. Mentored and supervised training of 4 student teacher colleagues.

Dedicated and adaptable teacher and Languages Co-ordinator with 28 years' experience of teaching Spanish, EFL & ESOL in Spain and in Leicestershire schools and colleges. Have a special interest in teacher training and in creating materials for a variety of learners and abilities, which incorporate new digital technologies to enhance learning.
