About
I am a Leadership, Personal Development and Coaching specialist as well as experienced Manager. My oc-cupational and teaching experience, is underpinned with a Strategic Leadership and Management Diploma (Level 7 CMI) Coaching and Mentoring (Level 7 ILM). I have extensive experience as a manager and team leader across FE/HE and industry. As well as an Assessor, teacher/trainer and IQA/EQA since 1997. (Cert-Ed, D32/D33 A1/D34 V1/D35 V2).
I have management experience as a Training manager and Department head. My facilitation experience includes face to face, hybrid and fully remote. Including full course delivery development up to level 7 and development of learning resources for training providers and awarding bodies. This includes Continuous Quality Improvement and writing of SAR/QIP for Ofsted as Department head and training manager.
I am a Chartered Manager and member of CMI and ILM and the Association for Coaching. I have a recent DBS and driving license. I am currently based in North East England, but would consider relocation for the right role, including internationally, but am fully set up to work remotely.
