About

Assessing and coaching L3 and L5 Management apprenticeships; coaching 1-2-1 using a solution focused approach.. Liaising with learners and line managers, I have particular strengths in building psychologically safe spaces and relationships. Communication is a key skill- and all learners I have supported through EPA have achieved distinction. Part of current role is Learning Support, where I have supported 100% of learners with diverse learning challenges to achieve distinctions. I have also supported building our LS policy and partnerships with supporting organisations. Prior to this role, I was a subject leader for Religion and Philosophy in London, with a Secondary PGCE in RS.
