A dedicated professional with an extensive background in post-education and early career pathways, including apprenticeship recruitment, careers advice and guidance delivery, and the facilitating of industry insight opportunities for young people. Currently responsible for organising work experience opportunities for 1800+ students aged 16-18 across the academic year (both practical and hybrid) for a wide range of subject areas, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding whilst also meeting Gatsby benchmarks and Ofsted requirements. Dedicated to helping young people navigate their future pathways, through providing an extensive offering of career focused support throughout their time at college. With a proven track record in coordinating large scale careers events, industry professional talks, and engaging with stakeholders to grow the links between the college and local organisations, I am committed to empowering the next generation by providing valuable resources and support to help them thrive in the world of work.
