About
Hold a Degree In Property Development and Urban Planning BSc. Currently working as a Regional Property and Inventory Coordinator, part of my role covering the Birmingham Region, consisting of two Build to rent complexes: The Goodsyard and Whitmore Collection, My responsibilities involve: Preparing property condition reports before residents move in. Carrying out inspections whilst taking clear photographs within the properties. Arranging and completing periodic mid-term property inspections - ensuring all is being well maintained. Completing all reports and paperwork needed, ensuring all is always compliant and deadlines are met. Arranging checks out appointments, liaising with residents regarding any deductions as well as releasing Deposits. Raising any work orders needed and Liaising with the maintenance teams and third- party contractors to arrange and book any required repair needed. Prepare handover packs and resident guides. Organising and preparing pre-tenancy 'sparkle' cleans. Arranging EPC, furniture installation and removal. Ensure all administration workload is fully compliant and all required deadlines are met. Support the residents with any questions they may have. Support the wider teams, including the Front of House / Reception. Support and attend the resident and community events. Identify and Survey any issues such as Leaks/defects and arrange repair or a solution to the issue. Working with a range of stakeholders such as Sir Robert McAlpine, Legal and General, BuildLec and senior management within UrbanBubble to deliver and maintain exceptional standards. Use Specialist Software such as InventoryHive and CRM to gather and dissect information related to inventories. Use of Microsoft Packages such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word to produce a variety of reports and present data. Managing maintenance work in alliance with in-house team and external contractors to manage and meet deadlines.
