About
I am a qualified and experienced ESOL Lecturer with over 13 years in education, specialising in teaching ESOL to adults and young learners from Entry 1 to Level 1. I currently teach full-time at West London College and have previously worked at West Thames College for 10 years, delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons that support learner progression and achievement. My key achievements include leading curriculum delivery, improving learner outcomes, and supporting successful exam entries. I have strong experience in assessment, digital learning tools, and internal quality processes. I hold a Level 5 DET with ESOL Specialism, TEFL qualification, and Assessor Award, which underpin my ability to design engaging learning experiences and track progress effectively. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for being organised, professional, and committed to learner success. I actively contribute to CPD, standardisation, recruitment, and the development of a positive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of ESOL learners.
