Current job position
January 2022 – present. Supervisor Civils Operative / Team Leader @ Azzcon Ltd.

• Since beginning to work at Azzcon I have been able to build my skills and knowledge in the civils and highway maintenance industry. This includes civil engineering, site maintenance, groundworks and utilities.
• Site maintenance including all aspects of groundworks including site preparation and clearance, bulk excavations, and foundations.
• Confidently locating blocked ducts and using rod & rope techniques in order for new cables to be pulled through.
• Digging highway & footway, concreting/tarmacking/paving slabs
• Managing permits and dynamic risk assessments, all aspects of paperwork required.
• Leading a team of labours, delegating duties and organising structures of workload.
• Liaising with clients such as MAP Group / Avonline / BT Openreach / GO Fibre as well as members of the public.
