Having progressed from a teaching assistant to a teacher, I know first hand how important the role is and the key qualities that an individual needs to posses. Having now worked in education for five years and coached a trainee teacher, I believe I posses the skills required to reflect upon an individuals practice, provide constructive feedback and identify good practice.
About
After working in a primary school for five years, starting as a teaching assistant and now having completed three years of teaching with a QTS I am looking for a slight change in career. This year I became mentor to a trainee teacher and this has inspired me to pursue a career in assessment and training, consequently supporting the future generation of educators.
