I am an engaging and highly experienced L&D professional with the full range of experience both employed in healthcare and education sectors, and as a consultant working across a bredth of industries including construcion, telecommunications, financial services, law, manufacturing and more. My people and relationship skills are a key strength, along with creativity around design and delivery of learing and developmnt at all levels for individuals and teams. My current salary is £45K pro rata and I'm looking for similar although money is not my key motivator. I'm looking for a varied role where I can build relationships and be creative to deliver L&D linked with business need.
