With over a decade of experience in education, music production, and community engagement, I bring a unique blend of academic expertise, practical industry knowledge, and innovative teaching approaches. Currently pursuing a PhD in Education, my research focuses on experience-based learning and student-led education in sound engineering, aligning with ICMP s commitment to fostering creativity and professional development in students. My career spans roles as a PGCE Lecturer at Deep Blue Sound, where I developed and delivered industry-focused curricula, and as a freelance tour manager and sound engineer, coordinating international tours and live events. As a musician, my work has been distributed globally through labels such as Sony and Warner Brothers, providing me with a deep understanding of the music industry and its demands. In addition to academic and industry roles, I have extensive experience in curriculum development, research dissemination, and student mentorship. At Deep Blue Sound, I designed modules that incorporated blended learning and creative teaching methods, empowering students to think critically and independently.
