I am an experienced childcare tutor assessor with the strong background of nursery managment. I have supported learners in achieving their qualifications and in developing their skills in early years setting. My experience as a manager has given me the better understanding of what is required within the industry,enabling me to work effectively with the managers and support learners. I have supported learners through their EPA process and have proven record of first time pass rate with more of the distinction achievement.
