About

My name is Victor Joes Obasse, I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Educational Administration & Planning. I also hold a Diploma in Teaching, Diploma in Project Management with many other certifications in Business. My longtime experience in the industry and certifications have given me a strong foundation for this lecturing role.
I have successfully developed and delivered lectures across multiple business subjects, ensuring that learning objectives are met through diverse teaching methods. This includes online and in-person settings or face to face.

During these periods, I have assisted in curriculum development, ensuring diversity, inclusivity and safeguarding are upheld in our teaching modules. With my teaching expertise in leadership, I have also supported and guided several students in their academic journeys, which is one of my most paramount achievements. I have shown experiences in leading and managing teams, including conducting examinations for my students, also managing workloads, and promoting professional development.

I also have developed academic programs, including timetabling, student records management, quality assurance processes, and handling examinations.
With my Diploma in Project Management, I have ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment like yours.
I am also passionate about engaging in research activities that contributes to curriculum development. Below are a few journals to my name in international publications:
