With 22 years of work experience and a career in Learning and Development and Business development, Training is an unquenchable passion for me, so too is generating new skills within new environments. I have been fortunate enough to have worked in-line with some of the most gifted sales people, strategists, marketers, managers and Trainers in my previous organizations. This experience has provided me with a panoramic view of how to challenge the conventional, using data and insight to form strategies that provide a sustainable ROI.
Learning and Development & Business Development is a broad term. It is certainly sales oriented, but also falls under prospecting, lead generation, launching new products, penetrating new verticals, even implementing specific marketing endeavours, Training and beyond. But, all these efforts are for one goal: Developing, Implementing and growth opportunities, With 22 years of work experience all of the above have become my Forte.
While I was freelancing giving training to students, job-aspirants and other Corporate Professionals, What I discovered was that our education system In India needed to lay focus on teaching good communication skills and Needs analysis during the formative years to mould Individuals into well-organized and approachable professionals, Complementing to this, one needs training in Soft Skills, which have become an occupational requirement, so I moved to the Educational Industry and worked for Velammal Engineering College as Placement, soft skills trainer and also free lanced for many colleges in south India and transformed students.
I give a lot of emphasis on EQ which helps improve one’s skills and unlock their true potential. I understand clearly what motivates me, I have the ability to accurately identify and understand emotions and what drives them, and which leads to interactive experience and the ability to understand and control emotions of others which I feel is a very valuable foundation for students to face the Business relationships
I believe communication skills and Interpersonal skills which is my forte are crucial for establishing effectual and reverential relationships. A person’s Soft Skills is an important part of their individual contribution to the success of an organization. This is increasingly sought out by employers in addition to standard qualifications. In today scenario what I have discovered is, organization hire people for their technical skill, but fire them for the lack of soft skills.
As a client advocate for nearly a decade in various business development roles, my experience allows me the ability to quickly assess diverse challenges and issues my clients face. I am known for selectively seeking business partnerships and developing elite business strategies that deliver results, compelling value, competitive advantages, and provide positive outcomes.

Being a native speaker of English has also afforded me a competitive advantage, significantly enhancing my client relations, training, mentoring, and recruitment efforts. Throughout my career and as a trainer for the past 15 years I have proactively identified and nurtured clients, consistently preparing them for production and the working world, My responsibilities have included effective relationship management and performance tracking, skills that are directly transferable for business relationships,
