About
I have always been passionate about IT, a path I pursued early on through my studies in Level 2 and Level 3 IT, achieving Distinction Stars in both. My Level 3 coursework equipped me with a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of IT. I developed hands-on skills in software and hardware troubleshooting, including diagnosing and resolving issues with unresponsive PCs.
During my studies, I completed various units that broadened my technical abilities. For example, in Unit 28, I used Adobe Dreamweaver and Fireworks to design a fully functional website for a music company, incorporating features like banners, logos, images, and hyperlinks. I also excelled in Unit 7, ‘Organisational Security,’ where I evaluated cybersecurity practices and identified measures to protect systems against hacking. Unit 2, ‘Computer Systems,’ gave me a deeper understanding of internal computer components such as the motherboard, BIOS, and storage configurations.
I am now seeking opportunities in the IT field where I can apply and further develop my skills in technical support, cybersecurity, web development, or systems analysis. I am also open to learning new technologies and gaining industry certifications to enhance my expertise
