About
I am a qualified Architect currently working for Jamie Fobert Architects, where I have worked for ten years. Alongside working for the practice, I have recently been working as a Visiting Lecturer at Kingston University, and also for my own emerging studio, working on small private projects. During my time at Jamie Fobert Architects, I have worked on different scales of projects from private houses and high end retail interiors, to art galleries and museum projects. I have worked on the detailed design and construction of arts projects such as Tate St Ives and Kettles Yard, which were nominated for the Stirling Prize and RIBA National Awards respectively, and am currently the project architect for the reworking of the Royal Observatory Greenwich. Coming from an art foundation background, I have a great enthusiasm for drawing, making and design across all scales, and as a designer have worked on a great deal of different projects from illustration to furniture and architecture. I take great pride in being an experienced member of the design team or as a tutor, and particularly enjoy helping young designers develop their skills, communication and confidence with design. I have always drawn or explained ideas by hand, with some of my work being exhibited in the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy in 2023.
