About

My entire career has always been customer facing, beginning with retail and customer facing roles when I was first starting out in the working world. This led on to gaining a position at Thermo Fisher Scientific 9 years ago in customer services. I expanded my experience and knowledge by moving around the company and found my calling in learning and development. The people centred environment, and ability to use my influence and skills to help support people and improve their skillsets has been extremely rewarding. I recently completed a Level 5 Professional Coaching Apprenticeship which I am currently taking my final assessments for. I have loved the learning and felt it has really aligned with my values and ambitions, and so would like to explore this more as my next career step. I have been looking into First Intuition for a number of months now and the company ethos very much aligns with my core values, so I would love the opportunity to bring an enthusiasm, and insights to your company and develop my skillset even further.
