About
I am an accomplished Early Careers and Talent Development professional with over 10 years of experience leading high-impact apprenticeship, graduate, and internship programs across sectors including healthcare, local government, and the charitable sector. I have a proven track record of scaling apprenticeship programs, increasing workforce diversity, and partnering with social mobility organizations to create sustainable, inclusive career pathways. My earlier leadership roles at Newham Council and Medway NHS Foundation Trust further strengthened my ability to drive workforce development strategies, achieve government apprenticeship targets, and champion inclusive talent pipelines. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered results by embedding EDI principles into recruitment campaigns, talent strategies, and organizational policies, ensuring that underrepresented groups are not only included but thrive. I am passionate about building equitable opportunities for early talent and committed to delivering impactful programs that align with business goals and transform organizational culture.
